frequently asked questions
Do I need a ticket, or can I pay on the door?
Yes, you can purchase tickets on the door. However, we strongly recommend buying in advance, as pre-purchased tickets are prioritised if we reach capacity.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome on site but not inside the convention hall. They must be kept on a lead at all times.
Can I bring alcohol onto the site?
Alcohol is not permitted in the main event area but may be brought into the camping field.
How do I get tattooed at the event?
There are two ways to book:
1. Contact artists directly before the show to arrange a session.
2. Turn up on the day and see if walk-in spaces are available.
We ask all artists to leave some walk-in availability throughout the weekend. A full artist list will be published around three weeks before the event on our website and social media pages, so you can browse and choose your favourites.
Do carers need a ticket?
Carers may enter for £2.50 when accompanying the person they support. Proof of eligibility is required, such as a PIP award letter or an organisation ID card.
Carers tickets are only available at the door (not online).
Carers looking to camp will need to purchase a camping upgrade ticket.
Do people staying in my motorhome also need a Motorhome Ticket?
No. If you have already purchased a Motorhome Ticket, anyone staying with you does not need to buy another Motorhome Ticket.
Each additional person staying in the motorhome simply needs a standard Camping Ticket with event entry.
Can I purchase a child's ticket?
You don't need to purchase a child's ticket in advance.
Children under the age of 15 can be signed in free of charge at the event entrance.
Anyone aged 15 or over will require a standard adult ticket.
What time does the event open?
Please visit the homepage of our website for the latest opening times for each day of the Cornwall Tattoo Convention.
Can I Get a Refund?
Please note that all event tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to sell your ticket privately to a third party. We do not operate an official resale service.
When can I arrive for camping?
